How long would shipping take?
Complimentary standard shipping on every order. Our concept delivery window is 3–5 business days within the US and 7–14 business days internationally, following 1–2 business days of preparation. Velune is a fictional brand; orders are not dispatched.

Our concept includes international delivery in 7–14 business days following 1–2 business days of preparation. No real delivery service is connected.
Would standard shipping be free?
Our imagined policy offers complimentary standard shipping on every order, in the US and internationally.
Can I track a demo order?
The checkout preview does not place an order, so there is no parcel or tracking number. You can continue exploring the bag after viewing your summary.
Returns & refunds.
What is the return policy?
Our concept policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging with at least 75% of the cream remaining. Return shipping would be complimentary. This demonstration does not accept orders or process refunds.
How would I start a return?
In the imagined store, you would contact support within 30 days of delivery. This site has no fulfilment service; the form demonstrates the experience only.

The daily cream.
What makes Velune beautifully simple?
Our concept centres on one daily cream with five familiar hero actives: ceramides, peptides, niacinamide, squalane, and glycerin. The story is about a thoughtful daily ritual, rather than collecting more products.
How would I use the daily cream?
The imagined ritual is simple: apply a pearl-sized amount to clean skin, spread gently with upward strokes, and finish by resting your palms against your face. These instructions describe the fictional product experience.
Is Velune a real skincare product?
Velune is a fictional skincare brand created as a design concept. Product descriptions, customer stories, and illustrative figures are part of that concept. There is no manufactured cream for sale.
How does the travel size compare?
The Standard jar holds 50 ml and the Travel jar holds 20 ml of the same imagined cream. Both sizes can be explored in the product selector and added to the demo bag.
How would the refill system work?
The concept uses a reusable outer glass vessel and a removable inner pod. You would lift out the finished pod and place a new one inside, keeping the original lid and jar.
Can I place an order on this website?
You can choose a size, adjust quantities, and explore your bag. Checkout displays an order preview only. No payment is collected, and no order is placed.
